Benefits of the oils in this blend:

Bergamot - balances the mood and eases anxiety

Ylang Ylang - stimulating and calming increasing feelings of well-being

Eucalyptus - refreshes the mind

improving focus and concentration

Orange - uplifting calming tension and rejuvenating

Peppermint - refreshing, stimulating and decongesting

Lavender - Lavender - relaxing and maintains deep rest

How to use:- add 5-7 drops of oil to water in a vaporiser or burner to release a soothing fragrance and let the natural scents relax your mood and scent your home.

CAUTION: Please note, never apply neat on the skin. To use these blends you can inhale a few drops on a tissue for quick relief or use them in oil burners or diffusers.
