What is Bath Tea?
Bath teas are made in a similar way to your regular cup of tea – except you make it in the bath! As well as the therapeutic benefits of the dried botanicals, they also contain mineral salts to soothe any aches or pains.

How long should I brew in the bath tea?
Because the herbal tea bath teas are all-natural, there’s no strict time limit on how long you soak in them, nor how long the tea bags stay in the bath. It’s your choice how strong you like it! So go on, indulge yourself! Just don’t make the bath water too hot, or else you may aggravate the skin.
Facial Steam
You can also use as a facial steam by emptying the contents into a large bowl of boiling water and draping a towel over your head to create a tent and allow the steam and herbs work their magic. Steaming is beneficial not only for our skin, but also for our mind, spirit, and respiratory system.
